Company is a family

Shanghai Qualitywell is a company with 16 employee who come from the different provinces.

Some of us come from the middle ofChina, others from southChina, some are locals. The people from different place have the different customs. But we live like a family, because we believe we are one, a company like a tree.

  From the below picture, we can see, a big tree has a strong stem and the lush leaves. In the company, every one is a leave of the tree, the rule of the company is the stem of the tree. The leaves will be lush if the stem is stronger.  And the lush leaves will nutrient the stem, and the tree will have a strong root, with a long life.

   We are one, we are a family this is the culture of the Shanghai Qualitywell, everyone in the company feels free during the working time , we speak out the question directly and we deal with the problem together . We are honest and friendly to each other.  

   I believe the tree of Qualtywell will ever be green.
