It's been 5 years since a team of 4 staffs became an industry of trade integration and is now listed on the shanghai stock market.
It's been 5 years since we started up with just 3 customers but we now have customers spread over 35 countries.
It's been 5 years we started with only Bimetal thermometer to now customized temperature and gauges applicable to several product patents. 
It's been 5 years since Audrey Gong moved from being just an internal department manager to become a lecturer at ALIBABA.
It's been 5 years that we had only 1 associate degree staff to a 100% bachelor's degree staff. 
It's been 5 years that our sales amount reached the growth 30% per year.
At the beginning, QUALITYWELL employed advisors to foster the growth of the company, and got ISO9001, ISO14000, OHSAS8000 certificates. The Company integrates a lean management and financial thinking to those who not only satisfy customer’s requirements but also limit the high line of costs, We’ll always use source where is the closest to customer.
The second year, we employed an HR advisor who help the team do performance management and training, Success on building a staff training system, school culture and family culture.
The third year, we employed legal advisor, who lead all business management in conformity to the legal norms. Moreover ensuring the safety of the management of customers’ property and staff’s.
QUALITYWELL does its best to improve on the company’s culture building, team building and products building.
We've made high quality products and good service as our prime goal to our numerous customers.
